As much as shopping on the internet makes my life easier I'm about to go back to shopping at a B & M stores. I purchased this watch from Amazon.com and I was in a hurry to complete the purchase that I failed to see if it was sold and shipped by Amazon. Unfortunately for me it was not the case. I tried enrolling the watch online for warranty purposes and was unable to do so. I called Casio and received notice from them verbally and in writing that any products sold by an non authorized retailer would carry no warranty. This includes all third party sellers selling merchandise on Amazon's storefront. Im know facing an issuse with the return were Amazon won't refund me my funds for 30 days. What other information is Amazon with holding from us?
